Terms of Service

All services are provided based on the approved estimate, invoice, proposal, or written agreement. Project timelines, pricing, materials, and scope of work may vary depending on site conditions, permits, material availability, customer changes, and third-party delays.

Payments may be collected online through a secure payment processor. Deposits, progress payments, and final balances are due according to the invoice or service agreement. Work may be delayed or paused if payments are not received on time.

Quotes and estimates are based on the information available at the time they are provided. Additional work, hidden damage, customer-requested changes, permit requirements, or material price changes may result in additional charges.

Customers may cancel a scheduled consultation or service by contacting us as soon as possible. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been ordered, labor has been scheduled, permits have been started, or work has already begun.

Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are not guaranteed for completed work, custom work, special-order materials, approved change orders, or services already performed. If a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method when possible.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate project information, access to the property, required approvals, and timely communication. Customers must ensure they have the legal right to authorize work at the property.

JRX Construction LLC is not responsible for delays caused by weather, supplier issues, permit delays, hidden structural problems, customer changes, or events outside of our control.

Customers may not use this website or our payment system for fraudulent transactions, unauthorized payments, illegal activity, chargeback abuse, or misrepresentation.
