Deposits
A deposit may be required to secure your project start date and order materials. Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have been ordered, labor has been scheduled, permits have been filed, or work has already begun.
Cancellation by Customer
Customers may cancel a scheduled consultation or service by contacting us as soon as possible. If cancellation occurs before materials are ordered and work has not started, we will make every effort to refund the deposit in full. Once work or procurement has begun, the deposit may be retained to cover costs incurred.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are generally not guaranteed for completed work, custom work, special-order materials, approved change orders, or services already performed. Eligibility depends on the stage of the project and costs already incurred.
Refund Method
If a refund is approved, it will be returned to the original payment method whenever possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment processor and financial institution.
Disputes
We encourage customers to contact us directly with any concerns before initiating a chargeback or dispute. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and will work with you to find a satisfactory solution.
